7 Layer Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup Red onion chopped
- 1 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 units Hard-boiled eggs chopped
1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped iceberg lettuce evenly at the bottom.
2. Add a layer of thawed frozen peas on top of the lettuce.
3. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the peas.
4. Add a layer of sour cream on top of the mayonnaise.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the sour cream.
6. Add the chopped red onion as the next layer.
7. Top with cooked and crumbled bacon.
8. Finish with a layer of chopped hard-boiled eggs.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
