- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Carrot slices
- 1 cup Bell pepper strips
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers.
Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until veggies are tender and slightly crispy.
Serve immediately.
