Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Flaxseed meal
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 5 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the melted coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
