Instructions
1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add the onions and cook until translucent.
3. Add the potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and milk until smooth. Stir into the soup and cook until thickened.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
