- 4 medium zucchini sliced lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the sliced zucchini to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4. Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
