  • 3 pieces Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
  3. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
