Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Barbecue Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and brush meatballs with barbecue sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
