Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll up. Place in a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
