Blueberry Cornbread
A delightful twist on classic cornbread with the addition of fresh blueberries.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
