  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Blueberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the blueberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
