Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water 110°F
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a bun and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Cover and let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
