- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- ½ cup butter melted
- 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pie crust unbaked
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sugar, beaten eggs, melted butter, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the center is set.
