Cabbage Beef Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 1 large Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Celery sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour in the beef broth. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
