  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Cabbage, chopped
  • 6 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the uncooked rice, chopped cabbage, beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the rice and cabbage are tender.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
