Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add canned tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Blend the soup until smooth.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
