- 12 oz spaghetti uncooked
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup peas frozen
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Add cooked chicken, peas, and cooked spaghetti. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
