Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add the shredded chicken, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
