Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries hulled and chopped
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
1. In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves or sliced strawberries if desired.
