Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • ½ cup Warm water
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Gradually add warm water, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into buns.
  6. Place the buns in a steamer lined with parchment paper. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
  7. Steam the buns over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.
