A classic dish that uses pork to mimic chicken, popular in the Midwest.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Thread the pork cubes onto skewers.
Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the pork skewers in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Brown the skewers on all sides.
Transfer the skewers to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
