Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 4 packages Cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
