Main Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs separated
- 3 tablespoons Cream cheese softened
- ¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar substitute optional
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, and sugar substitute until smooth.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until well combined.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6-8 mounds.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
