Ingredients

  • 1 lb Scallops cleaned
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Gruyère cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually add white wine, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Add cream, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce is thick and smooth.
  5. Add scallops to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and grated Gruyère cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
