  • 4 cups Corn kernels
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  6. 6. Return the soup to the pot, stir in the milk, salt, and black pepper.
  7. 7. Heat through and serve hot.
