Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 24 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrappers into a triangle and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
