Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sprouted Wheat Berries
  • ½ cup Sprouted Barley
  • ¼ cup Sprouted Millet
  • ¼ cup Sprouted Lentils
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 ¼ cups Warm Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sprouted wheat berries, barley, millet, and lentils.
  3. 3. Add honey, salt, and yeast to the mixture.
  4. 4. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  5. 5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then place it in a greased loaf pan.
  6. 6. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
  8. 8. Remove from oven and let it cool before slicing.
