Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked macaroni and cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Roll the mac and cheese into balls.
2. Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
