  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, beaten egg, flour, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Scoop a spoonful of the potato mixture and shape it into a patty. Place it in the hot oil.
  4. 4. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
