- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix the flour with a bit more salt and pepper.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Dredge the marinated chicken breasts in the flour mixture, making sure they are well coated.
5. Fry the chicken breasts in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
6. Remove the chicken from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
