Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Ginger peeled and chopped
- ½ cup Sugar
- 4 cups Water
- 1 cup Ice cubes
1. Blend ginger and 1 cup of water until smooth.
2. Strain the ginger mixture into a pitcher.
3. Add lemon juice, sugar, and remaining water to the pitcher. Stir well.
4. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
