Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Brown rice flour
- ½ cup Tapioca flour
- ¼ cup Potato starch
- 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Xanthan gum
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
- Add the warm water, olive oil, and honey to the bread machine pan. 
- In a separate bowl, mix together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, salt, and xanthan gum. 
- Pour the dry ingredients into the bread machine pan on top of the wet ingredients. 
- Make a small well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the yeast. 
- Set the bread machine to the gluten-free setting, or if your machine does not have this setting, use the basic or rapid setting. 
- Start the bread machine and let it complete the cycle. 
- Once the bread is done, remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
