Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Brown rice flour
- ½ cup Tapioca flour
- ¼ cup Potato starch
- 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Xanthan gum
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
Add the warm water, olive oil, and honey to the bread machine pan.
In a separate bowl, mix together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, salt, and xanthan gum.
Pour the dry ingredients into the bread machine pan on top of the wet ingredients.
Make a small well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the yeast.
Set the bread machine to the gluten-free setting, or if your machine does not have this setting, use the basic or rapid setting.
Start the bread machine and let it complete the cycle.
Once the bread is done, remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
