Cake Base
- 1 box Yellow cake mix
- 1 stick Butter, melted
- 1 piece Egg
Topping
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 16 oz Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Mix well and press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla, and powdered sugar, and mix until well combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake base and spread evenly.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. The center should still be a bit gooey.
Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
