Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
