Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
