  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, diced
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 0.5 cup Grapes, halved
  • 0.25 cup Almonds, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Add the diced chicken, chopped celery, diced red onion, halved grapes, and sliced almonds.
  3. 3. Mix everything together until well combined.
