Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Green beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add green beans and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until beans are tender.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
