- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill the asparagus for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled asparagus, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and lemon juice. Toss gently to combine.
