- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 Hatch Chilis roasted and chopped
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
2. Add the roasted and chopped Hatch chilis to the pot.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce and beef broth.
4. Season with cumin, salt, and black pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
