Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots thawed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 2 pcs Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Push the garlic to the side and add the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Add the butter, peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  6. 6. Stir in the green onions and cook for another minute. Serve hot.
