1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and honey. Stir until honey is dissolved.
2. Sprinkle yeast over the water and let it sit for about 5 minutes, until foamy.
3. Add whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
7. Cover the loaf pan with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
9. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
