Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add cubed potatoes to the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water.
  2. 2. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, then quick release.
  3. 3. Drain potatoes and let them cool.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Add cooled potatoes, celery, and onions to the bowl. Mix well.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
