  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts. Roll each part into a pizza crust.
