1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts. Roll each part into a pizza crust.
