Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 oz Dark Chocolate
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup All-purpose Flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour 4 ramekins.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in powdered sugar until well blended. Whisk in eggs and egg yolks. Add vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in flour until just combined. Divide batter evenly among ramekins.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but center is soft. Let stand for 1 minute. Invert onto plates and serve immediately.
