- 2 cups diced ham
- 4 cups diced potatoes cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, cooked potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, diced onion, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
