  • 2 cups Lima Beans dried
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the lima beans under cold water.
  2. In a pot, add the lima beans and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until beans are tender.
  4. Drain the beans and return to the pot.
  5. Add salt and olive oil. Stir well.
  6. Serve warm.
