Ingredients

  • 1 lb Linguine
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 2 lbs Fresh clams, scrubbed
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in white wine and bring to a simmer. Add clams, cover, and cook until clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Discard any clams that do not open. Toss linguine with clam sauce and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
