Lo Mein Noodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Lo Mein Noodles
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snow peas)
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
5. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Lo Mein noodles!
