Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 lbs Live Crawfish
  • 4 gallons Water
  • 1 package Crawfish Boil Seasoning
  • 8 pcs Corn on the Cob cut in halves
  • 2 lbs Red Potatoes halved
  • 2 lbs Andouille Sausage cut into pieces
  • 4 pcs Lemons halved
  • 1 pcs Garlic Bulb halved

Instructions 

  1. 1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil over a propane burner.
  2. 2. Add the crawfish boil seasoning, lemons, and garlic to the boiling water.
  3. 3. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the corn and sausage, cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the crawfish and cook for 5-7 minutes until they turn bright red.
  6. 6. Turn off the heat and let the crawfish soak for 20-30 minutes.
  7. 7. Drain and serve hot.
