- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- ½ cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the mixture is well combined.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
