- 6 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
1. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
3. In a mixing bowl, mash the potatoes until smooth.
4. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
5. Stir in the chopped green onions.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
