Menudo Recipe
A traditional Filipino stew made with pork and liver, simmered in a tomato-based sauce with potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork shoulder, cubed
- 200 g Pork liver, cubed
- 2 Potatoes, diced
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add pork shoulder and cook until browned.
3. Pour in soy sauce and tomato sauce. Stir well.
4. Add water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Add potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. Cook until vegetables are tender.
6. Add pork liver and cook for another 10 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
